Kim Kardashian And Kanye West’s Divorce Will Feature Heavily On Keeping Up With the Kardashians

At the end of last week, we found out that Kim Kardashian had finally taken the plunge and filed for divorce from Kanye West. Officially!

Kim Kardashian’s lawyer filed the petition to end the couple’s seven year marriage at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday February 19.

We don’t have the full details about what Kim is seeking in terms of their properties and other assets, but as far as their children are concerned, the 40-year-old reality TV star is reportedly seeking joint legal and physical custody of their children North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

Rather excitingly, it’s looking like the entire divorce process could be documented on the final season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. They weren’t kidding when they said their show would be going out with a “bang”!

“The Kardashians intend to go out with a bang,” a source previously told Page Six about the final season of the show.

They’ve filmed Kim discussing her marriage problems. But everybody involved is on a nondisclosure agreement, because the finale won’t screen until later in 2021.” … The teases!

The end of their marriage being documented on Keeping Up with the Kardashians seems like a very poetic but somewhat chilling way to end both the marriage and the series – especially since so much of Kim and Kanye’s love story featured on the show.

Two of the biggest events on KUWTK were Kimye’s lavish Italian wedding ceremony from May 2014, and their over-the-top engagement which occurred on Kim’s 33rd birthday in October 2013. We wonder how the divorce will play out…

We don’t have long to wait for the bittersweet final season of KUWTK, as it premieres on March 18!

Prepare the tissues – we think it’s going to be emotional from the very start!
